Orders & Confirmation
- All orders must be confirmed via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- THE GLAM TREASURY reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious orders.
- By confirming an order, you agree to our Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policies.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT (if any).
- Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available gateways.
- Delivery charges are separate and non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
- We provide nationwide home delivery via Pathao and Steadfast Courier Service.
- Delivery timelines: 1–3 days inside Dhaka, 3–5 days outside Dhaka.
- Customers may refuse or return a parcel only at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.
Return & Exchange Policy
- No Refunds after purchase or once a parcel is received.
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and product condition.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Certain items (e.g., undergarments, custom-made products) are non-exchangeable.
Product Availability & Accuracy
- We strive to ensure product images, descriptions, and details are accurate.
- However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to photography, lighting, or manual production.
- THE GLAM TREASURY reserves the right to discontinue or limit product availability at any time.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
THE GLAM TREASURY is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
