How long does delivery take?
✔ Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
✔ Outside Dhaka: 1–3 working days (via Pathao or Steadfast Courier)
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
✔ Yes, we deliver to all districts across Bangladesh.
Can I return a product after receiving it?
✘ No. The Glam Treasury does not offer refunds after successful delivery.
When can I return or refuse a parcel?
✔ Parcels may be refused at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person.
Do you offer exchanges?
✔ Yes, exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery.
